Even better: the aliens all agree on who is edible and who is inedible, but the humans have no idea what the criteria is
Even better: there is no criteria, the Aliens just keep a running list of whenever one member designated a human as edible or not. People are baffled because the selection appears random yet all the aliens are up to date, so there must be SOMETHJNG
I love this because it implies the aliens possess either (1) a universal hive mind or (2) an intergalactic group chat dedicated to fucking with humanity
HEY ALL CONSIDER THIS A NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION OF SORTS, BUT
I HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAKE
For a while now I have felt very unhappy and unsatisfied with pharmacy school. But I’ve been going along with it since it felt like there was no way I could try and attempt to support myself through art.
However
Recently due to the support of AMAZING PEOPLE LIKE YOU, the dream doesn’t feel so far away! SO here is the deal
I’m at around 1500 dollars a month on Patreon right now, and I’ve decided that if I can make it to 2,000 dollars a month before the semester ends (in May), I will take a a ONE YEAR LEAVE OF ABSENCE FROM PHARMACY SCHOOL starting this summer.
In that year I will dedicate myself to creating art and try and see if I could reasonably support myself with this passion of mine alone! If it looks like I could succeed, I will quit pharmacy school. If it doesn’t work out, then I will return to school at the end of the year!

Stop hating on Isabella Yang for literally no reason other than you have ships with JJ and someone else. If you hate a character because you think their role is pointless, then fine, but her character is meant to be Jean-Jacques’ very healthy support system and she does a perfect job of that. Giuseppe Penone’s hand is so strong, it can squeeze trees. I’m talking about his bronze sculpture of a hand, of course. This Italian artist installed it onto a tree in Nasher Sculpture Center, Dallas, in 1968, and it’s even more spectacular after many decades have passed.
The “Continuerà a crescere tranne che in quel punto” (“It Will Continue to Grow Except at this Point”) was made from a cast of the artist’s actual hand and lower arm. Giuseppe attached in onto a sapling, and throughout the years the tree would thicken around the metal. Now, it looks like that hand is stretching the bark with its fingers.(Source)
