A good night last night, overall.
My takeaway is that the arrow of history just took a turn toward a brighter future.
Now, the voices of reason and the powers of liberal democracy must redouble our efforts, reestablish the fundamental checks and balances within our governance framework, and continue to move that arrow to the left.
And our new operative word for 2019? “Emoluments”
