its a really nice day out today and my uni’s campus is basically a giant park with a ton of different tree types and i noticed a few people setting up hammocks on the singular, clearly isolated grove of female gingko trees, and like on one hand im glad to see my big smelly dino ladies getting some love but on the other hand i was over there checking on them last week and their piles of giant prehistoric seeds were still there from fall and some were just starting to decompose post-thaw and i just hope those people knew what they were getting into
