Probably because it’s really fucking weird to write phone numbers on your arm, and kinda stupid to do so around cameras. Stupid fucking commies.
Its actually really fuckin common, when people go into a situation like that, or any large crowd (showgrounds, concerts, protests) they write an emergency contact incase things turn out bad or they get hurt, have a medical issue or justvget plain up assaulted, if you read this the person in the photo put an EMERGENCY CONTACT! Its not a number for them to remember, it was for other people to help them if they couldnt help themselves

Lots of people at lots of events and for lots of reasons.
I’ve written emergency contact numbers on my arm for:
- Gigs
- Conventions
- Zombie Walks
- Location scouting
Besides, most places BLUR numbers for that exact reason, so people don’t get inundated with abuse or unsolicited texts/calls.
Fox news knew exactly why that number was there, what would happen if they broadcast it and choose to keep it in frame long enough that you can jot it down with ease.
