i want keith to start calling lance “hotshot” during a battle and lance is feelin so good about being such a sharpshooter that he doesnt become defensive but instead he loves it and then it becomes a sort of thing where he calls him that all the time and then one day lance is training with keith and keith pulls his hair back into a ponytail and lance calls him “pretty boy” while they spar and he says it sort of flirtatiously and there’s this moment where they’re both like “oh? oh” and then keith is like “bring it on hotshot” and they continue sparring as usual and from then on those are their nicknames for each other and i want this CANON
Just imagine they start becoming closer and closer and they start pairing up voluntarily on missions lance will be like “Im with the pretty one” or “me and pretty boy here got it covered *wink n finger guns*“and keith BLUSHES every time
