Got super sunburnt at the park today, all because my dad was determined to make the screen house work (too windy for it, and the poles wound up being broken when he flipped out on it) and I was exposed to the sun for WAAAY longer than I wanted to be. We wound up going back home after giving up, which just….ugh.
HOWEVER, the day ended on a high note. My mom and I went back out in the evening and wound up parking in some dirt (Midas killed a sagebrush with his front bumper, like, it has the topographical profile of Nebraska now) and simulcasting the music while we got a great view of the fireworks show.
