I have a hard time believing that I’m allowed to go into the inboxes of my favorite writers and tell them how much I love their fics, because I’m pretty sure the force of emotion behind the messages would cause exuberant whale noises to pour out of their computers as soon as their inboxes load.

…and then end up deleting the message 99% of the time
I’m not a big-name fic writer, but if anyone wants to make exuberant whale noises in my inbox, it will make my day.
I also accept waves, high fives, whimpering about plot points, etc.
Basically, you don’t have to worry about being eloquent around me, because any message makes me flail.
